On Friday I finished my in-residence training and am now home, home, HOME. I'm a bit anxious about going back to the office tomorrow--it's been 2 1/2 months, after all--and still have 2 more weeks of class before my holiday vacation, but I've been able to enjoy my Christmas decorations, cook my own food (the luxury!), and completely unpack for the first time since September. Hats off to people who travel for work... this experience has shown me that that is so NOT my bag.
It's good to be home.
