Everything about being chic, sociable, and Irish I learned from my mom. I wish I had a picture of her with all 6 of us (and her 5 grandchildren) so you'd get perspective on what a parenting badass she is, but alas I don't have digital versions of anything like that. So a wee view of me and Pat on Capri (off the coast of Italy) in March 2005 will have to suffice. She's tiny but she's fierce--like any good mother. :)
